Nonetheless, it seems like the rules may need to be updated a bit not to put such a disadvantage on Rogers Hi Speed users. I'm not quite sure why the HCC/IP addr 1 rules don't specifically match only those hosts that are in the comments of the score file? or are those just samples of the rules?
