It seems that this particular message actually originated from our IMP/HORDE
web-based mail system.

Nonetheless, it seems like the rules may need to be updated a bit not to
put such a disadvantage on Rogers Hi Speed users. I'm not quite sure why
the HCC/IP addr 1 rules don't specifically match only those hosts that are
in the comments of the score file? or are those just samples of the rules?

Our mail server does support the auth option, of course, but I'm not sure this
really addresses the problem per se.
