Well, we could insert the redirector count as the first number in the array
returned by uri_list_canonify() and then place that number in
PMS->{redirect_num}.
EvalTests::check_for_http_redirector() would become an accessor that just
returns PMS->{redirect_num}.
Of course, the name 'uri_list_canonify' wouldn't really be too fitting anymore.
Maybe 'uri_list_canonify_and_redirector_count'...?
