patch against r170771
Moving target :)
The previous patch failed against later revisions due to changes in spamc.c.
I've resolved them in this patch. Same instructions to compile as the last one.
I've also tested this on Darwin, and it works there aswell (though, for future
reference, Darwin has getopt.h).
