Per suggestion in today's Users' list, attached will be a suggested patch which
will indicate that someone who does not want to upgrade their Bayes database,
but wants to start fresh, can do so by deleting the database files.
I realize that the UPGRADE doc itself will be updated significantly for 3.1, but
felt this idea shouldn't simply be lost into the mists of time...
