Triage: Since this appears to be an issue in IO::Socket rather an SA itself, it
doesn't seem like something the devs will be able to resolve before 3.1.0;
therefore setting provisional milestone for 3.1.1, as a reminder that someone
should look at this to see if we can find a work-around.
Meanwhile, Darrin, it's possible that later releases of SA or perl or IO::Socket
may spontaneously fix the problem. If you find the problem goes away, please let
us know. Thanks.
