Previous versions of SA would put a leading 0 on scores under 10 when rewriting
the subject. This made it convinient to sort by subject and see the range of
spam
Subject: **SPAM(9.8)** Office XP - $60 says incurable
vs
Subject: **SPAM(09.8)** Office XP - $60 says incurable
Latter sorts right... former does not...
