hi theo,

% svn info
        Revision: 180201

I'm assuming this is what you're complaining about?

<squeaky-wheel> who be complainin' ?! ;-) </squeaky-wheel>

If so, yes, that's expected. The svn version isn't the version of the WC,

ok, i give up. "WC" ?

it's the last version where SpamAssassin.pm was changed.

iiuc, you mean the last revision?

does it not make sense to have the reported version represent the _actual_ 'overall' code revision? or is there a reason for "limiting" it to the "last version where SpamAssassin.pm was changed".

also, is it then correct/safe to assume that the "old version" of OpenSSL referenced in spamc's 'readable bits' has _nothing_ to do with my build/env?

thx,

richard
