The solution was indeed that simple. When I wrote that code I used gmtime
instead of localtime. I guess I had some reason to do do, can't remember :)
Whatever, in 3.1 the code has been completely rewritten by Daniel and
Mail::SpamAssassin::Logger::File now uses localtime.
