FYI: stricmp == strcasecmp
strcmp == strcmp
I don't recall what the Unix equivalent of 'strncmp' is, but it is something
that would have a length as a third parameter. "strnicmp" or "_strnicmp"
would be some version of strcasecmp with a length parameter.
