You can't.  Basically, you'd need to find the latest version that has the
problem (we're already in 3.2 development), then put the ticket in that queue.
Until 3.1 is released, it'll be 3.1, though.

So if the problem exists in SVN right now, put it in the 3.1 queue.
If it's fixed, it'll then be decided whether or not to backport to the
previous stable release.

To be honest though, we're unlikely to release a 3.0.5 after 3.1.0 is
released unless there's a major security-related bug.  We're stretched
very thin now with a stable and a development release.  Having multiple
stable releases (ie: supporting 3.0 and 3.1) while also doing development
isn't viable at this stage unfortunately.
