marking as a 3.1.0 blocker -- the syslog "ident" shouldn't have changed, so this
is a regression that needs fixing.
I'm not sure what to do about the second, redundant "spamd:" string in each
line. I'm tending towards leaving it in, though, since, while it's useless and
redundant in the syslog case, it'd be handy when logging to a file or STDERR
with debugs active I think.
