It's far from complete but I think you can get the general idea. We add a plugin hook for spamd_parse_headers to pick up any un-handled headers (ie our Password: foo header that we want to add) and we insert the services_authorized_for_username hook at the top of dotell, and eventually maybe check if we wanted and then act accordingly for the return value. The plugin checks the password against an htpasswd file that we setup on the server.
