I just installed 3.1.0-RC2 from Duncan's .deb and can reproduce these Pyzor 
errors with any 
message sent through spamd.  Passing the same email through spamassassin does 
not print any 
error messages.

My server is Debian Sarge, with SA 3.1.0-rc2 from experimental running Linux 
2.6.8 on x86.
