GMX is a freemailer and uses SMTP-Auth to authorize people from all over the world to send mail to them. Qmail seems to use a X-Authenticated: header to tell us that they've used SMPT-AUTH. Of course every relay after or a Spammer itself can add this header. Now SA thinks that there has been no authentification in place, and marks the last hop as untrusted. Too bad ...
