I see the "felicity" line on two different machines with a 3.1 branch
that I got in both cases by doing a 'svn co https://URL-for-3.1 sa31',
one on a Mac OS 10.3.9 and the other Fedora Core 4.
The trunk branch version has the older "duncf" line.
svn log tools/sa-status.pl in each case shows that I am not seeing the
most current log entry substituted for 'Id: ... $' in either case, so
this really doesn't make sense to me. What does svn do with $Id:
keywords and how is keyword expansion turned on and off?
