If all of your mail passes through Wanadoo's systems (they provide your POP account) you'll have to add their entire dial-up-pool to your trusted_networks. If the above case doesn't apply, your POP proxy script needs to first add its own received header, before passing mail to SpamAssassin. I'd suggest using fetchmail and procmail if you can.
