           Summary: SPF shouldn't complain that it is missing by default
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 3.1.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P5
         Component: Rules (Eval Tests)
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Tested spamassassin-3.1.0 on RHEL4 without Mail::SPF::Query installed. By
default 3.1.0 seems to want to use SPF, so it complains loudly in logs if you
are missing Mail::SPF::Query.

spamd[10920]: Can't locate Mail/SPF/Query.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ../lib
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi ...

Since SPF is an optional requirement of spamassassin, shouldn't spamassassin
either disable or preferably refrain from complaining about it being missing by
default?
