Committed revision 344480.
Added the "multiple" tflag, which when put on a subtest allows the referencing
meta test to see how many times the subtest hit. A test's score is only added
once regardless of how many times it hits.
The "multiple" tflag does not (yet?) do anything for meta, eval, or header
tests.
