I have found that if I install a new version of SpamAssassin into the same
location as an older version without first cleaning out the older version,
the new version will fail with strange errors. There will be files from
the older version that are not removed or replaced by the newer version.
Try cleaning everything out and reinstalling.
Is that attached email the whole email? It seems to be just headers.
