I would say yes.  A reasonable seeming (to me) fudge would be to take
all rules that are duplicated between versions, and move the scores
50% toward the 3.1.0 scores.

The mass-checks that SARE uses includes a section up front that lists
"ham flagged as spam by this mass-check" (false positives).  Those of
us with the flexibility can then pull your 3.0.5 onto our system, run
a full mass-check, and see what FPs pop up.  That might help you
fine-tune.

Note: I myself will be on vacation shortly, so my system might not be
available for that purpose.
