New simpler patch
This patch makes the Content Technology test specific to Content Technology so
that we no longer have to be careful to put certain tests ahead of it.
It also moves the test to fix this bug into a few additional lines added to an
existing test instead of a test all to itself.
I'll give this one a little time to mellow, and then commmit it.
