           Summary: random character replacement
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 3.1.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows 2000
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P3
         Component: spamassassin
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I recently upgraded my SA installation to 3.1.0 on a Windows 2000 server
running
XMail. Now, incoming messages have random characters replaced with an equal
sign. This is happening to addresses in multiple domains. I am only running an
SA filter in XMail, so that is the only "outside" code that is rewriting the
incoming message. It only seems to be happening for HTML messages, not ones
sent as plaintext. Also, it looks like it happens every 75 characters. Anyone
out there also experiencing this?
