There is definitely a reproducable bug with U+00A0 characters which is fixed by 3.46, though one probably needs to have not-yet-committed charset normalization changes in order to trigger it. By the time SpamAssassin 3.2 is released, HTML::Parser 3.46 or later will have had time to propagate.
