However running spamd 3.1 will drive it up to near 10 or more. I came home to see it running at 84 (that's not a typo) and once I killed SA we're back to 2.7 in a matter of 5 minutes. SA 3.0.4 did not behave this way. I haven't changed anything in the way SA is configured and at first when you start it it will behave normally but over time the CPU load will climb until the program fails and is no longer running.
