I don't know how I missed this at the time, but this is not a bug, it's working
as designed.
Only the scripts are modified at "make install" time to "know" their correct
paths; the modules are not. Those values are provided to the Mail::SpamAssassin
constructor by each script.
if you're using the Mail:SpamAssassin modules directly, you need to take care of
the paths in your own code, it won't "know" them automatically.
