The REPTO_OVERQUOTE_THEBAT rule gives false positives.
Here are some perfectly valid Reply-To headers from the real TheBat MUA:
Reply-To: "Alexey V. Shebeko" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Reply-To: "Nikolay N.Buhalov" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
However REPTO_OVERQUOTE_THEBAT says that they cannot be produced by TheBat.
They can!!
(I have replaced the real hostnames with "XXXXXX").
