I started with a clean copy of 3.1 branch and patched it with 3380, but didn't remove the existing installed copy. Since Timeout.pm is missing from 3380 I'm still using the inital Timeout.pm that is missing the triple underscore fix from r374162, which fixed the alarm logging issue. So...
