I got a response from Vipul, who pointed me at the license in the new 2.81 tarball. They're also in the process of upgrading the website with the new version. In short, I'm +1 on enabling by default again. :) The new version: Razor2 agents connect to the Cloudmark Collaborative Security Network to report spam and check for fingerprints.
