This was never retargeted for 3.2 but was checked in to trunk after 3.1 was
branched off.
It's a buffer overflow seg fault so it really should be fixed in 3.1.
I'm reopening targeted to 3.1.2, and I'll put together a patch against 3.1
branch of what was finally checked into trunk for this.
