At the moment I only know for sure that it'll be in 3.2.0. I have no idea which 3.1 release it may be in. When that's determined the .pre file will have to be renamed for BOTH the 3.1 branch and trunk -- having two .pre files with the same loadplugin line is even worse than any overwriting. As an aside, it wouldn't be overwritten either. It would block any newer v320.pre file since we don't overwrite files in the system config directory.
