As far as I can tell this bug does not happen anymore. The line in question is a
die statement that happens when dccifd does not return any response (eof on the
final call to getlines). It appears that when there is no message body (not even
the blank line after the headers, not to be confused with an empty message body)
older versions of dccifd returned a line less than expected. I can't reproduce
this now using a current version of dccifd. I don't have an old version of
dccifd handy to confirm my hypothesis, but I'm still going to close this as 
WONTFIX. Feel free to re-open if you can reproduce the problem with current
SpamAssassin and current dccifd.
