Now that *is* a good point, we have quite a solid restriction on
what we can distribute :(


I could theoretically distribute this from the Fedora Project. Our only restriction is "Free and Open Source Software" with no restrictions on modification and redistribution.

I only need cooperation from spamassassin developers in order to make this a project with mentorship. I believe this is in the best interest of everyone in spamassassin to expand the scope of corpora building and analysis.


I was thinking, we could even avoid requiring Windows though.  I would
prefer to see something more web-based -- e.g. a PHP script which
contributors could upload to their linux servers which takes care of all
this stuff, using a web-app as the GUI.  (virtually every potential
mass-check contributor can install a PHP script competently, I'd say.)


We've already lost if we require a Linux or Unix server, see the "Normal People" part.
