suggested patch #2
three things.
1) after applying this patch, do:
svn cp https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/spamassassin/trunk/t/dcc.t
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/spamassassin/branches/3.1/t/dcc.t
2) then do:
svn cp
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/spamassassin/trunk/t/data/spam/gtubedcc.eml
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/spamassassin/branches/3.1/t/data/spam/gtubedcc.eml
3) this new patch fixes config.dist which also needed doing.
