UnixNFSSafe.pm intermittently causes a race condition.
Since our FS's are local, I worked around it by switching to flock per Theo
PS: "Bug reporting guideline" link above is dead. Since this is my first
report,
I thought it wise to check first...hope I did it right (priority and severity,
etc).
