Unfortunately, keeping the blacklist in a configuration file is not very practical as the spamd needs to be reloaded after each modification. (there are also other reasons why I don't really like this solution) Maybe the AWL could be extended so "persistent" entry could be recognized, either by an extra flag or a magic value of the value? It looks like they are inserted at value 50.
