My server i rather rather unoriginally called server, so that is what it actually says in the header as it is the name of the server. As far as the localhost part, my logs don't show what the helo name was, but i presume that was the name, as it does show other names in other examples. Below i have added some more received headers with this issue (which i believe has been solved by the temp patch you sent me).
