The ruleqa rule-hits-over-time graph -- e.g.
http://ruleqa.spamassassin.org/20060713-r421549-b/T_MIMEOLE_SHORT_6_5
/detail?s_g_over_time=1#over_time_anchor
should include a marker to indicate when the rule was first checked into SVN.
