Allow spamc to deliver to LMTP/SMTP server.

Why this? Well because I saw an implementation that used sendmail to re-inject
the message, but what if I don't want to re-inject directly into postfix? what
if I want to re-inject into yet another service.

Allowing spamc to deliver to another service trough smtp or lmtp would be
wonderfull.

Perhaps act like a transparent proxy.

Sure there are tools out there who do this already, but their writen in perl.
