Yeah, that's what we've been doing anyway, except that we didn't know about the
octal thing before.

So now what happens:

[16866] dbg: uri: html uri found, http://89.0x76.0x80.18
[16866] dbg: uri: cleaned html uri, http://89.0x76.0x80.18
[16866] dbg: uri: cleaned html uri, http://89.118.128.18
[16866] dbg: uri: html domain, 89.118.128.18
[16866] dbg: uri: html uri found, http://89.0000150.0160.17
[16866] dbg: uri: cleaned html uri, http://89.104.112.17
[16866] dbg: uri: cleaned html uri, http://89.0000150.0160.17
[16866] dbg: uri: html domain, 89.104.112.17
[16866] dbg: uri: html domain, 89.0000150.0160.17
[16866] dbg: uridnsbl: domains to query: 89.104.112.17 89.118.128.18
89.0000150.0160.17

So we'll still do a query for the obfuscated octal one, but we'll also query the
normalized ones. If this becomes a problem we can deal with it.
