Plain sa-update (no updatedir switch) run on CentOS 64 & 32 with SA 3.1.4
produced the following error message:
channel: attempt to rm channel pre file failed, attempting to continue anyway at
/usr/bin/sa-update line 694
--lint -D afterwards showed no errors and SA appears to be running normally
since.
