Working on 3.1.5 ...

It's that time again...  I'd like to see about getting 3.1.5 out at
the end of the month or the beginning of next month, so we need to deal
with reviews and such.  There are currently 22 bugs in the queue, with 8
needing reviews.  A number of the tickets are simply to add documentation
about a certain feature/option.  I also fully expect some of the tickets
to get moved to 3.1.6.
