The current results for those rules are: 2.681 2.8303 1.9224 0.596 0.51 0.00 HTML_WEB_BUGS 5.555 5.6890 4.8718 0.539 0.48 0.00 HTML_LINK_IMAGE_BUG which means they're unusable as a spam rule. Even if we did increase the spam hitrate, the ham hitrate needs to go down.
