I'm having the same problem.  I dropped Spamcop and tried to have it
email me my password/token and I don't receive the email.

     An account was created for the address you sent this from.  Is your
     mail
     server blocking mail from hermes.apache.org
<http://hermes.apache.org> [140.211.11.2 <http://140.211.11.2>] which is
     reportedly listed by Spamcop again?
