I have Spam Assassin installed on all my servers, but I've noticed over the
past month or so that it's catching less and less spam emails. It's at the
point now where it's completely ineffective. This is not only my experience,
but also the sentiments of my many clients as well.
It has gotten so bad I've had to enable Boxtrapper on my email accounts so that
I don't have to spend so much time wading through junk emails.
Why can't Spam Assassin pickup on these emails with subject lines such
as "Lucas wrote:", etc.? So far today Boxtrapper has caught about 100 of these
emails and it's only noon.
Here is more about the versions I'm running and maybe someone can tell me if
there is something I'm not doing right...
Cpanel: WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S45

Any help on how I can get Spam Assassin effective again would be greatly
appreciated.
