I think this is still an issue. I have 3.1.4 with scores:
score SPF_FAIL 0 1.333 0 1.142
score SPF_HELO_FAIL 0
score SPF_HELO_NEUTRAL 0
score SPF_HELO_SOFTFAIL 0 2.078 0 2.432
score SPF_NEUTRAL 0 1.379 0 1.069
score SPF_SOFTFAIL 0 1.470 0 1.384
In addition I wonder, why has (helo)softfail bigger score than fail? according
to SPF specs, fail means that message should be rejected, softfail that message
should be carefully checked. Imho score 5 for fail would be adequate accoding to
this logic.
