Hi! I have been working in developing a module to personalize the use of bayes according to the user. The information about if the user has an own bayes data base, a general according to its group, or does not use the bayes absolutely, keeps in LDAP, and only a single connection is necessary to work. The made changes only affect to “spamd” file.
I am interested in offering the source code of this module so that it can be including in the next version of the product, if that can be interesting. At the moment this module is being used with SpamAssassin 3.1.7 in a system with more than 50,000 accounts and users.
