Add a new channel to --debug called time.
This would specify the start and end time of a test allowing people to see where
bottle necks are occuring.
To be used as an additional switch eg: "-D time,dns"
Output format :
Start hh:mm:ss
dns.example.com replied in 0.5s
dns2.example.com replied in 1s
End hh:mm:ss
Total time 1.5s
