OK, I think this checkin fixes it. It seems t/bayessql.t uses
Symbol::delete_package() to reload a plugin; I think changes in 3.2.0 have fixed
it that this is not required. At least, when I remove the calls to that, it no
longer fails... reopen if that wasn't it.
