Running on Mac OS 10.4.9 svn trunk fails four of the spamd tests,
spamc_cf.t, spamd_plugin.t, spamd_unix.t, and spamd_unix_and_tcp.t
The error output logs for all of them show errors that look like the following
[17003] dbg: prefork: ordered 17008 to accept
[17003] dbg: prefork: sysread(11) not ready, wait max 300 secs
[17008] warn: spamd: accept failed: at ../spamd/spamd.raw line 1180.
[17008] error: spamd: respawning server at ../spamd/spamd.raw line 1078.
I can supply more detailed logs if there is a problem reproducing this.
