GSoC Projects and Students

Howdy,

I just wanted to send a short note letting everyone know that we have 
two students as part of the Google Summer of Code this year.

Zhang Shunchang will be working on a clean room implementation of the 
Persistent Database Connection plugin.

Jianyong Dai (Daniel) will be working on implementing Dolby Noise 
Reduction in bayes.

I've invited them to join the developers list and they will no doubt be 
posing questions to the list about various aspects of their projects. 
Please give them whatever support you can.

We've also received a little press in relation to the GSoC project,
